The seller

Products on this site are sold by Elegents Fashion, GSTIN 33AAACE0000A1Z1, trading at Shop F2, First Floor, DURA Complex, 106/4B A.N. Elumalai Salai, Iyyapanthangal, Chennai 600056, Tamil Nadu. By placing an order you accept these terms, our Shipping and delivery policy, our Replacements, refunds and cancellation policy and our Privacy policy.

What the products are

• Everything sold on this site is imitation jewellery: a brass or copper-alloy base electroplated in a gold, silver or other coloured finish, set with glass, synthetic or shell stones. It contains no precious metal and is not hallmarked. The product page states the finish, base metal and stones of each piece.
• Plating wears with use and faster with perfume, sweat and water; the care guide on this site explains how to make it last. Normal wear is not a defect.
• Weights, dimensions and colours on the product page are those of the piece photographed; hand-finished and hand-set pieces vary slightly from one to the next. Photographs are enlarged to show detail and may differ in colour from the piece on your screen.

Prices and payment

• Prices are in Indian rupees and include GST at the rate applicable to imitation jewellery (HSN 7117); the GST invoice is issued when the order is placed and emailed to you.
• The price you pay is the price shown at the time of order. We may correct an obvious pricing error before dispatch and offer you the choice of paying the correct price or cancelling.
• Payment is by UPI, cards, net banking, wallets or EMI through Razorpay, or by cash on delivery for orders up to ₹5,000 to the PIN codes where it is offered; cash-on-delivery orders may require the delivery number to be confirmed by a one-time code.
• Promotion codes apply once per order and cannot be combined unless stated.

Your order

An order is accepted when we send the confirmation email with your invoice. We may decline or cancel an order before dispatch where a piece is unavailable, a price was wrong, payment cannot be verified or we suspect fraud, and will refund any amount paid in full.

Pre-book pieces are made or sourced after your order and dispatched within the lead time shown on the product page; if that lead time cannot be met we will tell you and offer a refund.

Title to the piece and the risk in it pass to you on delivery.

Repairs

Loose stones, hooks and clasps are repaired at the store free of charge within 30 days of delivery and for a small charge after that; replating is offered at the store's current charge. Damage from misuse and alterations by anyone other than us are excluded.

Liability and law

Our liability for any order is limited to the price you paid for it, except where the law does not allow such a limit. These terms are governed by the laws of India and the courts at Chennai have jurisdiction, without prejudice to your rights under the Consumer Protection Act 2019.
