We deliver across India to every PIN code our courier partners serve; the product page and the checkout tell you whether yours is one of them, and by when a parcel would arrive. International orders are arranged on WhatsApp and quoted individually.
Orders are dispatched from our store in Iyyapanthangal, Chennai, Tamil Nadu. Our jewellery is made in India (country of origin: India).
Every piece is checked, photographed and sealed in its pouch and box before it leaves us. Where the courier supports it, the parcel is handed over only against a one-time code sent to the mobile number on the delivery address, so please keep that phone with you on the day. If the parcel looks opened or damaged when it reaches you, do not accept it; write to us the same day and we will send a replacement.
You receive an email when the parcel is booked, when it is out for delivery and when it is delivered, each with the tracking number; you can follow it at any time from your order page or on our tracking page.
If nobody is available, or the phone cannot be reached for the code, the courier tries again on the next working day. After three attempts the parcel returns to our store; we will then write to you to re-dispatch it (the courier charge is payable again) or, for prepaid orders, refund the pieces in full.
